ProTrain will protect fees paid in advance and has a fair and reasonable refund policy. Information provided prior to enrolment or the commencement of training and assessment, whichever comes first, specifies the student’s rights as a consumer, including but not limited to any statutory cooling-off period (where applicable) and the student’s right to obtain a refund for services not provided by the ProTrain in the event the:
Arrangement is terminated early, or
ProTrain fails to provide the agreed services.
Refund – Prior to Commencing Training – CPP Full Cert III or Cert IV Qualification
An application for a refund is addressed according to the amount of notice given by the person making the request:
14 days prior to the commencement of the course – 100% refund
Between 13 days and 7 days prior to the course – 75% refund
Between 6 days and the commencement of the course – 50% refund
Refund – After Training has commenced – Full CPP Cert III or Cert IV Qualifications
An application for a refund is addressed according to the amount of training and assessment that has been delivered:ProTrain will encourage the student to return to the training program in the future.
14 days after the commencement of the course – 50% refund
Between 14 days and 3 months after the course – 15% refund
Beyond 3 months after commencement of the course – nil refund
Refund – Prior to Commencing Training – Skillset Workshops
An application for a refund is addressed according to the amount of notice given by the person making the request:No refund will be made once the student has commenced the training program. The student may discuss the option to return to the same course at a future date with ProTrain.
14 days prior to the commencement of the course – 100% refund
Between 13 days and 7 days prior to the course – 75% refund
Between 6 days and the commencement of the course – 50% refund
